Experience in leading or supervising civil maintenance crews, planning work, and interacting with the public works.

Strong planning, scheduling, and crew oversight skills.
A proven track record of building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A strong safety focus, with active participation in Downers Zero Harm initiatives.
