TEN Recruitment is currently taking applications for a Construction Project Manager to work on commercial construction projects worth up to $40m. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent local company on a full time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the project team to successfully deliver each project, within the given timeframe and budget.
Essential criteria:
5 years experience managing large scale commercial projects such as apartments, education, aged care, hotel etc.
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or another relevant field.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products and project management software.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
