About the role
New opportunity available for a Control Systems Engineer to join a major mining owner/ operator in their Control Systems and Operational Technology team.
Based in their Brisbane CBD office, this position will work across a range of Mine Site Operations and Port Facilities, responsible for design, installation, commissioning and support for plant modifications and new equipment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement control systems based on project requirements.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee smooth integration of control systems within the overarching project framework.
Conduct testing, diagnose issues, and debug systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates to control systems when required.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
Stay informed of industry developments and trends to suggest innovative solutions.
