We are working with a well-known brand to support in the recruitment for an Accounts Receivable Officer role. This is a permanent role, based in Mount Waverley and offering a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will have a proven history in Accounts Receivable and excellent customer service skills. A bonus if you have used Pronto ERP!
The role:
Manage the end to end Accounts Receivable function
Ownership and follow up of aged-debtors
Daily bank reconciliations, including major accounts
Allocation of any cash payments to invoices
Manage the Accounts Receivable email inbox
Resolving customer queries and disputes, escalating any as required
Process approved credits and maintaining payment plans
Complete month end activities and supporting the wider finance team
The ideal candidate;
Will have at least 2-3 years experience in an end to end Accounts
