Based at Pinkenba you will be required to become multi-skilled to meet the interesting challenges of production operations, in our exciting 24hr days, 7 days a week cement plant!
Duties
Operation of the cement plant (Grinding Mills & Packaging Lines) and Mobile Equipment (Front End Loaders, Forklifts & Excavators)
Collection and analysing of all cement production samples
Diagnose plant problems, instigate repairs and participate with maintenance staff as required
Grease & Clean Mobile Machinery
Perform Inspections on both fixed and mobile plant equipment
Comply with Wagners Obligations under Chain of Responsibility
Any other related tasks associated with this position
Skills and Experience
Forklift Licence
Proficient in using computers
Experience working in a continuous manufacturing workplace (Preferable)
Experience working on a rotating continuous shift roster (Preferable)
Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
