About the Role: Our client, a leading global express transportation company and a prominent figure among the world's top 500 companies, is seeking a dedicated Customer focused warehouse administrator. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, upholding the company's customer service standards.
Perform general administration and office duties.
Demonstrate keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
Operate a forklift for loading and unloading courier vehicles.
Assist with warehousing tasks as needed.
Undertake any additional tasks as directed by the manager.

Experience and Skills Required:

Previous experience in warehouse and administrative roles is desirable.
Forklift license is highly desirable.
Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong safety awareness and understanding of chain
