About the role The position, reporting to the Executive Director of Tourism Greater Geelong and the Bellarine, is responsible for developing and executing strategies that position Greater Geelong and The Bellarine as a premier tourism destination. The role involves managing and coordinating the business operations of Tourism Greater Geelong and The Bellarine (TGGB), with a focus on strategic planning, board management, financial oversight, data analysis, industry development, and organisational operations.
In addition, the role requires providing high-level business advice to the Executive Director, Chairman, and Board of TGGB in areas such as planning, management, policy development, governance, and operational procedures. The position also serves as the Association Secretary for TGGB, offering essential organisational support and acting as a deputy to the Executive Director.
Work type: Full-time Permanent Classification: Band 8 $115,035 - $127,911 pa plus superannuation.
