What would your day-to-day look like?
Reporting to our Property Accounting Manager, as our Senior Property Accountant, you will oversee a Property Portfolio and complete financial reports relating to the property operations and integrity.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Ensure financial integrity for a portfolio of allocated property assets;
Produce accurate monthly financial reports, including profit & loss, revenue verification, balance sheet reconciliations, property forecasts, and cashflows;
Monitor Net Property Income (NPI) and report
