The Position
We are seeking a Fibreglass Repair Technician who is motivated, hardworking and reliable to work within a valued and experienced team. You will be working on repairs and upgrades of fibreglass to semi-trailers and rigid truck boxes. This role will require you to work with fibreglass during the repair and maintenance cycle of our fleet.
Your role will include however not limited to:
Experience working with gel coat, resins, fibreglass, and other power tools
Removal of damaged components and preparation for new parts
Grind, sand, trim and clean the identified area to a high standard
Fitting of new parts and equipment
Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets
Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality first time
High levels of self-motivation with a positive attitude and pride in your workmanship
