Production Manager ? South Brisbane
The Opportunity:
As Production Manager you will be responsible for managing the safe, efficient and cost-effective operations of our concrete plants. Key focus areas to include;
Strong leadership to maximise the performance of people
Driving a strong Safety and Environmental compliance culture
Optimising plant performance including efficiency and cost control
Supporting the transport fleet to meet Holcim operational standards
Liaising with the Customer Service team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
Reporting on production costs and efficiency targets, including variances and actions

About you:
Relevant qualifications in engineering, business management or related disciplines (preferred ? not essential)
Hands-on management experience in construction related fields
