Senior SCADA and Controls Engineer

In this role you will:


Oversee SCADA and Control generation projects, development, planning and execution delivery on time and within budget.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, documents, specifications and scopes, analyse specified problems and issues to identify best practice solutions to meet project requirements
Provide technical guidance on all aspects of control and SCADA systems.
Support commissioning and troubleshooting of automation systems and other applications.
Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.


About you:



Prior electrical or controls experience in mining or power industry.
Experience with control system design, development and commissioning phases.
Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC104, IEC).
Experience with various control system controllers and SCADA packages such as SEL, Siemens, GE, Zenon and Ignition is highly regarded.
Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
