In this role you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to recommend appropriate coverage options.
Coordinate policy renewals, conduct coverage reviews, and advise clients on adjustments to their insurance portfolios.
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the most favorable coverage for clients.
Assist clients in navigating the claims process, advocating on their behalf with insurance carriers.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures in all client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with colleagues in underwriting, claims, and other departments to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
About you:
Tier 1 broking certification (essential).
