As the Safety Manager you will lead the health, safety and wellbeing across a large single site with a risk based approach for the business and solutions orientated. This is a leadership role working closely with key stakeholders, you will influence a strong culture driving implementation of efficient systems, risk management, reporting and proactive coaching across the business with regular communication with senior leaders. The purpose of this role is to embed change and progressive safety and chain of responsibility initiatives.
This is a role with clear leadership enabling the business to progress. You will report directly to the Head of Health, safety & Wellbeing.
