Your new role
You will be responsible for providing strategic HR and IR support and ensuring best practice HR across the group of companies. This will include:
High level advice to executives and managers in relation to all HR matters, including P&C strategy, employment legislation and awards, ER, change management, workforce planning, performance management and organisational development
Manage the EBA negotiation process, identify any IR risks and manage IR issues and claims. This will be a key focus of the role in your first 6 months.
Manage professional development, coordinate or facilitate training and manage the graduate development program
