Job Title: Product Manager - Architectural Products
Location: Brisbane, QLD

Role Overview: The Product Manager will be crucial in managing and expanding specified product categories. This role involves key marketing functions, including category planning, product launches, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities encompass overseeing the product roadmap, profitability tracking, development and sourcing, supply chains, inventory management, and product life cycles. The role also includes leveraging omnichannel marketing strategies to optimize product performance across various market channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Identify market gaps and opportunities for new product development. Conduct comprehensive market research, including trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Product Roadmap Management: Define, document, and manage product roadmaps. Ensure that new products are launched on schedule and align with strategic objectives.
Product Development & Sourcing: Oversee the development and sourcing of new products. Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective product and component supply chains.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Track inventory levels, manage stock forecasts, and ensure that product availability meets demand.
Regulatory & Compliance: Operate within a regulated environment, integrating compliance changes into product development and ensuring all products meet regulatory standards.
Pricing Models: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team to drive sales targets and growth. Develop effective product documentation for internal and external use.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to build and execute go-to-market plans, and create impactful marketing materials.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: 2-3 years in Product Management or a related field, ideally with experience in consumer brands.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of effective interpersonal interactions.
Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to addressing business challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset and the ability to handle shifting priorities.
Analytical Skills: Strategic and analytical thinking with experience in forecasting and demand planning.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with product documentation and pricing models.
