The Role We are looking for a Production Line Operator for one of our clients who is a food manufacturer, committed to creating a safe and inclusive work environment. This is a permanent full-time position, Weekly Rotating Roster ? Monday to Friday . Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm and Afternoon Shift: 2:15pm - 10:15pm. The role will be based in Richlands.
Role Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery efficiently
Supervise and train other employees
Ensure compliance with product specifications
Maintain cleanliness and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
Complete daily production records
Collaborate with Maintenance and Production Supervisors
