KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with the Product Manager to specify and design Everlight products
* Work collaboratively with IT and development teams to ensure simplification of systems
* Collect and document the needs of internal stakeholders for internal systems, e.g. knowledgebase / collaboration tools
* Drafting of technical approach documentation
* Proficient in detailed data mapping and data dictionary documentation
* Support the use of Agile development within the organisation, including consulting support and operational teams in the development of new systems and functionality
* Work using our development approach which includes
* User Journeys
* User Stories
* Behaviour Driven Development
* Specify systems which go beyond the customers / stakeholders stated requirements and take into consideration; growth of the company, security, accessibility, maintainability, usability, productivity, and performance of Everlight systems
* Demonstrate a growth mindset and encourage the same mindset in others
* Be transparent in what you are doing and on the problems faced by the business
* Demonstrate discipline throughout your work and set the example for the rest of the team
* Ensure knowledge is captured and disseminated within the team and across the organisation to aid others in supporting yourself and the team
* Learn and teach new technologies and skills as required
* Be an advocate for improvement and discipline, utilising Agile to encourage a fail fast and learn approach
* Be able to articulate and assist others in understanding the goals and directions of the team, particular how those goals are broken down into components which are added to and delivered from our backlog
* Assist the quality assurance team in the definition and execution of test plans and automated testing based on business and technical requirements
* In addition to the above you will be expected to deliver a number of other reasonable tasks the organisation requests of you to meet the needs of this growing business.

This position will suit a candidate with demonstrated experience of Business Analysis who can produce high-quality metrics / data driven deliverables, and possesses a strong desire for creating value for our company and clients. The candidate will also exhibit a strong capability and willingness to pick up and understand new concepts, especially regarding teleradiology imaging workflow systems (if not already).

Essential Experience and Skills
* Development of product roadmaps for enterprise systems
* Ability to gather and manage stakeholder expectations
* Contemporary relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst
* Proven ability to assess and interpret information to formulate recommendations and provide specialist advice to enable the organisation to achieve strategic system outcomes
* Strong relationship development skills and ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies applied to project delivery
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure
* Ability to work and coordinate well within a globally dispersed team or independently
* Ability to work across multiple time zones, either on site or remotely
* To have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Proactive and self-motivated, using initiative to find and deliver innovative solutions
Desirable Skills
* Tertiary qualifications in a clinical or technology related discipline
* Formal Business Analyst qualifications or certifications
* Experience working in an agile environment as a Scrum Master
* Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
* Experience in radiology or teleradiology workflows
* Familiarity with compliance against ISO 27001
