About the Position:
As a Quality Auditor at 24CARE Australia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting regular audits of service delivery and operations to ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, company policies and procedures, and relevant legislation.
2. Formulating and suggesting changes to processes, workflows, job descriptions, and other organisational issues
3. Inspecting normal operating procedures and notifying of any deviations
4. Providing accurate and timely reporting on compliance issues and performance to management.
5. Delivering regular training and support to staff on policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
6. Researching and evaluating administrative and clerical processes, among others, through the use of current and future methodologies and procedures
7. Contributing to the execution of authorised suggestions, producing updated guides and procedures, and creating more paperwork
8. Establishing collaborative relationships with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely identification and resolution of compliance issues.
9. Documenting and evaluating the documentation, records, reports, manuals, and job descriptions of businesses' work processes.
10. Implementing corrective actions to address any issues identified through audits.
11. Evaluating adherence to industry quality standards, ensuring all aspects of care meet or exceed required benchmarks.
12. Demonstrating a commitment to 24CARE Australia’s quality framework and culture by participating in and promoting continual improvement activities.

Requirements:
• A strong understanding of NDIS requirements and relevant legislation.
• Experience in quality auditing within the healthcare or disability sector.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and departments.
• Commitment to promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Applicant must have minimum three years of Full-Time experience in this position.
• Minimum Qualification bachelor’s degree or higher degree.
• Sponsorship available for right candidate/applicant only.
• Preferable location of applicant- Inside Australia and Immediate start.
