Marvelor Lubricants is a family-owned company that specializes in supplying premium lubricants and related services to various industries, including Automotive, Agricultural, Transport, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, and Earthmoving. Established in 2015, the company offers a wide range of lubrication solutions such as engine oils, hydraulic fluids, gear oils, and greases.
Currently we have a vacancy for a skilled and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join out friendly team.
Main Responsibilities:
o compiling lists of prospective client businesses using directories and other sources
o acquiring and updating knowledge of employers' and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
o visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
o assessing customers' needs and recommending and explaining goods and services to them
o monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to sales management
o quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
o arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
o reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of goods and services
o following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising
o preparing sales reports and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred
Other Skills required:
• Extensive experience in business development and sales, particularly in technical sales consulting.
• Previous roles as a Technical Sales Representative and Sales Representative, where he developed strong client relations and market analysis skills.
• Current position as a Business Development Engineer at Marvelor Group, focusing on sales strategy, CRM optimization, and client engagement.
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, tailored to the Australian market.
• Expertise in aligning marketing and sales approaches with regional demands, enhancing market penetration.
• Strategic Planning: Skill in developing and implementing sales and business strategies tailored to the Australian market.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of lubricants and their applications for effective product promotion.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for clear and persuasive interactions with stakeholders.
• Project Management: Capability to manage projects, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely achievement of objectives.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and business needs.
• Relevant experience should demonstrate a strong track record in driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing market strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• The minimum number of years of experience required for this position is typically around 3-5 years. This should include experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a focus on the lubricants industry or a similar sector.
Salary - $80,000 plus super
