About the role
As the successful candidate in the Team Leader position, you will be responsible for leading the Operators, whilst adhering to, maintaining and enhancing Safety Standards and Policies within the Factory environment to achieve Goal Zero.
The key areas of responsibility are outlined yet not limited to:
Provide direction to the Operators in producing & loading Reinforcing products
Operate machinery, tools & equipment in a competent & safe manner
Ensuring production requirements are met per material specification, written work instructions, and/or customer requirements
Comply with and ensure ALL employees & visitors comply with business Safety Standards & policies, procedures and legislations
Active development of teams skills with demonstrated competency ensuring employees are only undertaking work that they are competent
