As a member of our helpdesk team you will help to provide support to our desktop environment and our LAN across multiple remote sites. The environment being Microsoft Windows you will have experience supporting Windows, Teams, O365 and Exchange. There are multiple datacentres providing excellent opportunity to develop your networking and infrastructure experience
This is a frontline support role so you will be comfortable supporting users both face to face and remotely.
Tertiary qualifications, preferable at the Cert IV level in computer or other relevant discipline
Experience providing helpdesk (Level 1, Level 2) support for Microsoft environments
Experience support LAN/WAN/Voice environments
Client Focus to provide excellent customer service and provide regular updates and feedback to users
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $80,136 gross per annum
11.5% superannuation
performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
