Your new role
This role reports to the HR Superintendent and is paid FIFO to remote mine site, duties include but are not limited to:
Provide support to the HR Superintendent, Management and the Recruitment Team as required.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems, and ensure effective application across the site
Complete all Remuneration and Role changes forms and Secondment paperwork
Monitor enquiries to the shared People inbox and forward / respond as required
Maintain and input plane delays
