Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an Senior Payroll Specialist to join their experienced team within their Brisbane CBD Head Office. This position is ideal for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and really expand their skillset particularly in mining!
What you'll be doing:
Ensure the production of accurate and timely payroll information is processed in compliance with company instructions / procedures.
Run monthly superannuation reports, reconcile and prepare monthly payment.
Review payroll for accuracy and completeness before submitting to Finance for bank release.
Perform payroll maintenance ensuring data integrity.
Enter details of new appointments and changes to Masterfile data.
Preparation of EFT and manual payments to employees.
terminations and onboarding new starters
Assist internal and external auditors when required.
Perform other duties as required by the payroll manager
