This Financial Accountant is a newly created role joining a dynamic finance team in Brisbane, working closely with the Head of Finance and leadership team.
The Financial Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within the business, including payment preparation, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and coordination with external accountants to ensure timely and precise completion of financial statements and tax-related documents. The Financial Accountant will also handle the monthly and quarterly distribution processes for a portfolio of trusts, manage special purpose accounts, and maintain efficient financial controls.
