South Sydney Graphic Arts Club Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant Manage staff and ensure high levels of customer service Work closely with the senior management, head Chef and other staffs in planning and organising special functions Ensure the facility is compliance with licencing, health and safety regulations Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget Manage inventory and identify ways to optimise efficiency Ensure the guests receive a memorable dining experience Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service Conduct regular training to develop staff skills, enhance service quality and foster positive work environment. May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders Hiring staffs, manage rostering, address complains and prepare operational reports Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies The roster is 5 nights Tuesday to Saturday 12pm-9pm with an hour break. We are a small and friendly hands-on establishment focusing on a big range of beverages and great food and exceptional customer service. This position reports to James, the Operations Manager.
