Facilities Administrator

Atlam Group

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to manage bookings and facility operations for council managed sites based in the South East. This role involves high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient handling of bookings, facility management, and program coordination.


Full time- 5 days a week
Site based
South Eastern Council

Key Responsibilities:


Act as the primary liaison for booking inquiries through Zipporah.
Manage booking details, financial transactions, payment options, invoicing, and refunds.
Process customer work requests and handle email and phone inquiries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of program attendance and enrolments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and facility protocols.
Report and log any facility issues, damages, or non-compliance, and follow up on repairs.
Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of facility bookings and programs.
