This newly created role has been carefully designed to help support the business as they continue to grow, leading the implementation of an HRIS and continuous improvement of processes, whilst affording greater accessibility to HR metrics and data.
This is an exciting time for the business and the People & Culture function ensuring they continue to invest in developing and implementing fit-for-purpose frameworks, processes and metrics to support their ongoing growth.
As a key member of the high-performing HR team, you will have extensive experience in an HR Systems and Reporting role including HRIS implementation, operationalising HR and business processes and continual improvement of system utilisation as well as HR metrics, data analysis and reporting.
