Due to internal promotion they are seeking an astute, junior finance candidate to form part of a tight-knit finance team.
Manage a high volume of collection calls on overdue accounts
Negotiate sustainable payment solutions for customers where required
Provide customer service
Resolve customer issues & queries in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
Work with external collections agent to ensure successful recovery of debt
Ad hoc duties as required
About you The successful candidate will have 12 months of experience working in a finance or customer service role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a natural customer service mentality
