HARVEST WORKERS – Bairnsdale, VIC
We have up to 10 positions available for harvest workers on vegetable farms in Bairnsdale, VIC.
Work is due to start December 2024 and is expected to go for up to 4 years.
You will be paid as a Level 1, Fulltime Employee under the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028). Hourly or Piece Rates may apply.
There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Horticultural award
The position is for a harvest worker on a vegetable farm and will include but not limited to tasks such as picking and planting vegetables.
This position requires the availability for shift work over a 7-day roster.
Minimum of 38 hours a week, 6.30am-3.30pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.
Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.

Selection Criteria:
Attention to detail
Good hand-eye co-ordination
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to work continuously at a high level of concentration
Must be physically fit, agile & able to stand for long periods
