While project management skills must be utilised, the project coordinator will be not be expected to scope projects or make commercial decisions on behalf of an account manager. This is the function of the project manager.
Job Description
Position-specific tasks or responsibilities:
Accelerate the throughput and efficiency of the Projects/ Professional Service Team and implement controls where needed
Evaluation of ITIL frameworks and skills required by commercial and government customers
Ensure all internal stakeholders by way of Projects Team, AMs, and SMEs, are engaged to assist in the accurate scoping
