The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the P&C Director and working as part of a wider P&C team you will be responsible for the delivery of operational and strategic advice across the whole employee life cycle. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders you will be focused on ensuring that the business has the right leaders who inspire their people to succeed in their careers.
This newly created role will partner with the Executive and Senior Leadership team to develop and direct the P&C agenda that is closely aligned with the organisation?s overall business strategy. You will be instrumental in supporting the P&C initiatives and strategies improving the employee lifecycle experience.
