About the role:
Implementing the Safety Management System and undertaking related site reviews and audits for compliance. Providing safety and injury management support including the development of risk assessments, site safety specific requirements, inspections, and audits. Prepare reports for site inspections, investigations, and incidents. Support safety training. Participating in toolbox talks and pre-start meetings. Contribute to the development of safety documentation, procedures, policies and training. Maintain safety risk registers. Oversee Injury Management & return to work plans.

Ability to motivate internal and external stakeholders to achieve ?zero harm? objectives
Sound knowledge of risk management principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships, including the ability to provide toolbox talks
