Our client, a global leader in animal health innovation and manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Leader to manage one of their Australian sites. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team consisting of 90 individuals across various areas including Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and EHS.
A critical component of this role is building and leading a high-performance team. You will foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement while developing talent and maximizing employee engagement. Strong financial acumen is essential as you will be responsible for achieving operational targets and driving profitability. Given the recent acquisition of the site by our client, there will be an aspect of change management in this role, in order to ensure that the site meets the expectations set by our client.
