The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role include:
-lead the Property Accountant, Assistant Accountant and Finance Admin function
-prepare, deliver and management of annual income and outgoings budgets for each asset
-capex budget and forecast for each asset
-monthly financial statements for all assets
-prepare forecasts and work with Property and Operations Manager to ensure accuracy
-collaborate with property management, facilities management and marketing teams
-ad hoc projects as required
