Meetings & Events Coordinator

In this role you will:

  • Prepare conference proposals and contracts, covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs.
  • Coordinate the entire cycle of conference and events from enquiry to post-event follow-up ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Co-ordinate and host familiarisation and site inspection activity including follow-up in conjunction with sales team.
  • Achieve budget targets relative to the conference and events department. 
  • Assist in the telemarketing for new clients and define their potential to the business.
  • Co-ordination and production of conference collateral material, in liaison with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Lead weekly Banquets Event Order meetings and co-ordinate between conferencing and other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for conferences have been made.
