About the role: As a Registered Nurse at RSL LifeCare, every day you're empowered to make a meaningful difference to people's lives. Deliver clinical care in the home environment supporting clients to stay living in their home and connected to their community,
Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences,
Ensure thorough clinical assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivered,
Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications with clients and their families, carers and authorised representatives,?
Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical and health professionals as required.?

About You: We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:

Your demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy. Our teams have a passion for what they do and the impact they make to our clients and their families.
Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible client experience, teamwork and standard of care.
Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making.
Your ability to work efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role as well as prioritising your time effectively across your caseload.
Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights.
Current valid driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle.??
