This position expectations are to mentor and support current and new franchisees within the business to improve sales growth and productivity, by presenting fresh ideas and offering new strategies from previous experiences and market trends.
YOU:
The successful candidate must have relevant sales experience and have a background of management. This would include a background in flooring sales. You would need to have a history of successful new business and a strong portfolio of clients that reflects consistent business within the industry.
