Our client is an industry leader in Retail on a global level. The recent expansion has opened up an opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a temporary basis for 3 months with a possibility of going permanent.
About The Role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will take full ownership of the end to end AR function and providing support to the Accounts Payable and Payroll team on ad-hoc basis.
Duties
The duties include but not limited to;
Process scheduled and ad hoc invoices in an accurate and timely manner;
Ensure timely collection and allocation of receipts;
Ensure a high level of quality customer service and professionalism to all staff, debtors and clients
Complete reconciliation of billing batches to funds received;
Process claims and investigate abnormal claims
Monitor the accounts receivable email account
