About the role:
Our client provides design and fabrication of structural steel, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, plate and piling steel products for major projects Australia wide. As the Afternoon shift production team leader, you will oversee the delivery of our products to our well known clients. You will manage workflow and motivate your team for maximum performance and efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment.

Allocation of resources
Monitor progress against time
Client specification and budget
Work to improve systems and practices
Skills and Experience
A trade qualification
Several years of experience in a boiler workshop
General understanding of NDT techniques
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent computer skills for data input and retrieval
