About the Company Our client is a trusted water utility looking to embark on their own SRE journey. About the Role Reporting directly into the Head of Infrastructure and Cloud this position will be responsible for building an SRE function in Azure using Elastic, OpenShift, DevOps tools and applying advanced DevOps practices/processes.
Additionally this position will be responsible for
Designing and implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) processes and tools
Assisting infrastructure specialists in provisioning infrastructure
Managing and supporting monitoring tools, as well as logging and alerting functions
Demonstrating expertise in Azure, OpenShift and Elastic in regards to infrastructure builds / maintenance
About You To be successful in this position you will have held either a DevOps, Platform or Cloud engineering position previously as well as having:
Experience in DevOps tools/practices, Infra-as-Code, CI/CD, Automation and Orchestration
