Implement and operationalise sustainable business process change strategies to effectively realise the benefits of a large scale, ICT enabled business improvement program.
Assist in the development of change capability within the program team through the provision of Change Management mentoring and guidance to other program staff.
The role will be based on-site within the implementing facility(s) and will promote effective high level stakeholder engagement and support for end users to ensure successful implementation and sustainable change.
