The Role
Working in a high profile property accounting team, your role will cover:
-end to end Property Accounting for a portfolio of assets
-preparation of accurate monthly reporting of rental income and operating expenses
-budgets, forecasting and analysis
-exposure to development within the portfolio
-business partnering with Property and Facility Managers
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have prior property accounting experience, ideally in a large, complex business. Strong business partnering experience is essential to be considered for this role.
