Seeking an Accounts Officer with a strong background in finance operations, including experience in reconciliation of high-volume transactions, statutory payments, and discrepancy resolution. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in accounting or finance, experience with accounting systems, and a commitment to maintaining industry-leading standards in customer service and sustainability.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Complete accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting reports.
Prepare weekly aged creditor report with commentary on overdue invoices.
Process international supplier invoices and payments.
Responsible for processing statutory payments to Australian Taxation Office, Revenue NSW, Superannuation, and Employee deductions.
Ensure all discrepancies related to Accounts Payable are investigated and reported
