About the Job
- High level executive support to the CIO including proactive diary management, applying appropriate judgement to prioritise actions including responding on behalf of the CIO.
- Monitoring actions and outcomes arising from correspondence and meetings and identifying opportunities to make information available at the right time to support the CIO.
- Developing appropriate systems to enhance the CIO’s effectiveness.
- Managing invoices, expenses and travel for the CIO’s office
- Ensuring deadlines are met for all investment reporting requirements and manage the needs of the business including escalation of issues to CIO as needed.
- Work closely with the Head of HR Investments on various aspects of the CIO’s office including Leadership Team activity, internal communications, Rem reviews and other leadership team initiatives etc.
- Attend Management Investment Committee (MIC) meetings on Thursdays and maintain notes as required.
- Acting as key point of contact for the CIO’s office with Board, strategic investment managers, key stakeholders and vendors / partners.
- Take a leadership role in building an effective and cohesive Investment Administration group.
- Develop sound knowledge of company policies and standards to provide information, ideas and support on matters of concern to the CIO.
- Supporting the organisation of Investment team events including offsites and town halls
