Exciting opportunities currently exist for dedicated and experienced mental health nurses to work as Associate Nurse Unit Managers on the Acute Inpatient Service (AIS) of St Vincent?s Hospital Melbourne as a part of our Mental Health Service.
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will act as a role model to lead and direct nursing staff ensuring a high standard of patient care and excellent patient, family and carer experience is delivered in accordance with the Values and Health Care Philosophy of the SVHM.
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager role provides the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and contribute to the ongoing development of our progressive Recovery Model of Care.
