Processing end to end payroll on two cycles
Calculating leave, deductions, and allowances
Interpreting awards and EAs
Ensuring payroll compliance
Managing queries in a timely manner
Partnering with HR, regarding starters/leavers etc.
The successful candidate: The ideal person for this role will have prior payroll experience, where they have had exposure to awards and EAs. Naturally you will have excellent communication skills, and will be a team player supporting your payroll and HR colleagues. What you'll gain:
