Attend to switchboard
Scheduling appointments
Welcoming patients on arrival to clinic
Preparing patient documentation
Managing medical records and keeping information updated in Zedmed
Ensure medical typing of letters, discharge plans and reports are completed in a timely and professional manner
Invoicing patients
General administration practice duties
To be considered for this role you will have at least 2 years Admin experience and/or in a medical practice and have previously used Zedmed.
