Job Description:

You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that all designs meet project specifications and comply with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints for house maintenance projects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop designs that meet project requirements.
• Review and interpret technical specifications, sketches, and design documents.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of project estimates, schedules, and reports.
• Provide technical support to construction teams during project execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure that materials and components meet design specifications.
