RETAIL MANAGER
At Harikrishna Petroleum Pty Ltd, we are service station along with a convenience store. We provide services with a commitment to quality and reliability.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Retail Manager to work in our busy store on a full-time basis. We are seeking for someone who possesses the passion to motivate and coach our staff, as well as the ability to manage and monitor our business autonomously while delivering excellent customer service.
Job-type: Full-time
Location: Wyong NSW 2259
Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to:
• Planning and managing operations of the business.
• Analysing and understanding market trends to determine the product mix.
• Managing the products by organising, ordering and controlling stock.
• Developing business strategies and making decisions to maximise revenue of the business.
• Evaluating and analysing the relative popularity of the products.
• Reviewing buying trends, customer needs and profitability trends
• Planning and managing budgets for the store.
• Managing customer complaints and overseeing the resolution of the complaints.
• Keeping track of sales, register receipts, and financial data
• Marketing merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
• Formulating pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities and determining additional promotional strategies.
• Training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the staff.
• Ensuring compliance with all OHS requirements and regulations.
Role requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Retail/Store Manager.
• Relevant academic qualification – Diploma in Business/Hospitality/Management or equivalent.
• Superior management and leadership skills.
• High level of flexibility with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage unexpected challenges,
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and corporate stakeholders effectively.
• Natural talent for motivating and developing teams.
Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
