Issue purchase orders and manage order schedule
Track orders throughout the purchasing process and help to address any delays
Provide related database back up to the purchasing team as required (i.e. data input of stock receipts, price increase, stock transfer, discounts, special quotes and sales trends)
Maintain and monitor quantities of inventory to ensure that shortages and stock outs are avoided
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and internal relevant departments
Sourcing goods as needed
Responsibilities

Requirements
Advanced Excel skills.
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (must).
Sales-driven with strong analytical skills (must).
Experience in the food industry (or FMCG) preferred.
High attention to detail.
Current NSW driver's licence and own vehicle.
